Hill States:
The western disturbance is affecting Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and Himachal Pradesh, triggering heavy rainfall and snowfall alerts. Travelers are advised to exercise caution.
Central & Eastern India:
Areas in Odisha, Jharkhand, and Chhattisgarh may experience cold wave conditions. Minimum temperatures in central and northwestern India are expected to remain below normal.
