Ayodhya : As the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami approaches, the grand Ram temple in Ayodhya is gearing up for a historic celebration. This year marks a significant milestone as the five-day birth anniversary of Ramlala will be commemorated for the first time in the splendid surroundings of the Ram temple. Let’s delve into the elaborate preparations and arrangements orchestrated by the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Trust for this momentous event.

## Transporting Devotees to Treta Era Ayodhya
From the moment devotees set foot in Ayodhya, they will be transported back in time to the illustrious era of Treta. The path leading to the Janmabhoomi, adorned with ornate decorations, serves as a welcoming gateway to a realm of divine festivities. Every corner, from the entrance gate to the sanctum sanctorum, exudes an aura of spirituality, embellished with captivating lights and fragrant flowers, reminiscent of Ayodhya’s ancient glory.

## Extended Darshan Hours on Ram Navami
In anticipation of the devout throng that will flock to witness the divine spectacle, the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has made meticulous arrangements to ensure an unparalleled darshan experience. On the auspicious day of Ram Navami, devotees will have the rare opportunity to behold Ramlala for an extended period of 19 hours, commencing from the early hours of the morning. The darshan will commence at 3:30 AM, with Shringar and darshan concurrently unfolding from 4:00 AM, culminating in the reverential Shringar Aarti at 5:00 AM.

## Exclusive Darshan Experience
Unlike the routine schedule, where darshan typically begins after 6:30 AM, a special arrangement has been devised for April 17th. Devotees will be able to partake in the divine darshan of Ramlala until the late hours of the night, extending until 11:00 PM. This unprecedented gesture reflects the Trust’s commitment to ensuring every devotee’s spiritual fulfillment and blissful experience.

## Inclusive Measures for Devotees’ Convenience
In light of the expected influx of devotees on Ram Navami, the Trust has taken proactive measures to streamline the darshan process. All VIP passes have been suspended from April 16th to April 19th to prioritize equal access for all devotees. Moreover, prominent dignitaries, including the Chief Minister, Governor, and other protocol guests, have been courteously requested to defer their visit until after April 19th to alleviate potential crowding issues and ensure a seamless darshan experience for all devotees.

## Divine Offerings and Rituals
The festivities are further enriched by the sacred offerings and rituals conducted throughout the day. Bal Bhog is ceremoniously offered at 6:30 AM, followed by another offering at 9:00 AM. The Rajbhog, a grand feast, graces the divine altar at 12:30 PM, while snacks in the form of Naivedya are dedicated to Ramlala at 4:00 PM. As the day draws to a close, devotees partake in a wholesome dinner before retiring for the night.

## Ceremonial Adornments and Utsav Idol Consecration
On the auspicious occasion of Ramlala’s birth anniversary, elaborate preparations ensue as the idol undergoes meticulous adornments and makeup before noon. At the stroke of 12:00 PM, the curtain unveils the resplendent Utsav idol of Ramlala, marking the commencement of sacred rituals. Amidst the continuous darshan, the evening resonates with the soul-stirring Sandhya Aarti at 6:00 PM, followed by the serene Shayan Aarti, accommodating the devotees’ fervent devotion and reverence.
