CBI files chargesheet against then head of ishwariya adhyatmik vidyalaya

The Central Bureau of Investigation has today filed a chargesheet in the Court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Rouse Avenue Courts Complex, Delhi against then Head of Ishwariya Adhyatmik Vidyalaya, Vijay Vihar, Phase-I, Rohini, Delhi u/s 376(2) (n) of IPC and his associate u/s 109 of IPC r/w 376 (2)(n) of IPC.

CBI had registered the case on 03.01.2018 in compliance with orders dated 20.12.2017 of the Delhi High Court in Civil Writ No.11382/2017 and took over the investigation of the case, earlier registered on 19.01.2017 at Police Station- Vijay Vihar, Rohini, Delhi against Head of the Ishwariya Adhyatmik Vidyalaya for the incident of rape, criminal intimidation and wrongful confinement on complainant.

The Investigation revealed that the accused allegedly raped the complainant from 2011 to 2015 on various occasions in different branches of Ishwariya Adhyatmik Vidyalaya and his associate brought the complainant to Lucknow and allegedly gave her some intoxicated substances mixing them in milk and asked her to go to the accused.

After investigation, a chargesheet has been filed.

The public is reminded that the above findings are based on the investigation done by CBI and evidence collected by it. Under the Indian Law, the accused are presumed to be innocent till their guilt is finally established after a fair trial.
