PNB has been awarded the Golden Peacock HR Excellence Award 2011 introduced for the first time in 2011 only. The Award instituted by ‘Institute of Directors’ (IOD) has been given to PNB in ‘Large Enterprise Group’ in the category ‘Banking Financial & Insurance Sector’. The Award was received by our Executive Directors, Shri Rakesh Sethi and Smt. Usha Ananthasubramanian along with Smt. Sushma Bali, General Manager-HRD, on behalf of the Bank at a function organized by IOD.
PNB is a people organisation all the way with our staff serving our customers and society at large. The Golden Peacock Award shall be a motivator for continuing our efforts to set new bench mark in HR Excellence.
