Aruna Shields fearless stunts in “Prince”

The slinky femme fatale of forthcoming film “Prince”, Aruna Shields, is yet another British Indian lassie to set foot in Bollywood. The fearless and talented actress is increasingly gaining popularity for her provocative kissing scene with the “Prince” aka Vivek Oberoi.

Shields is the first lady to make Vivek’s cheeks turn red in reel life with her confident approach while shooting for the scene. The kissing scene is apparently Vivek’s first kiss in films. On asking Aruna about her confident kiss scene, the gorgeous lady replied, “It was not something new for me; I had done such scenes earlier as well so the experience counts.” Kumar Taurani’s film “Prince” stars Vivek Oberoi, Aruna Shields, Nandana Sen and Neeru Bajwa.

The film is an action packed thriller with mind blowing stunts by Vivek Oberoi and the 3 actresses. Although there are 3 actresses in the film, but Aruna Shields and Vivek Oberoi’s reel life romance is all over the place. British Indian actress Aruna Shields, of Anglo Indian decent, begun her primary education at a convent school before achieving an academic scholarship to study at a UK boarding school. She later gained a distinction from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Aruna was first spotted and signed by an acting agent while at a theatrical workshop in England.

Her earlier work includes touring in theatre for over a year. Writing and performing the difficult Geordie role of Tracy for short film Violent Lesson shot by the BBC. Experimental shorts including underwater film Live Bait and Mission Improbable (2007). Aruna was also cast in the lead role of Saira, an innocent girl with a naughty side in the comedy, Private Moments (2005)

In the action thriller Prince, she is tough espionage agent Maya who performs all her own stunts including bike bungee jumps and free falls. Bold and fearless stunts by Aruna made the whole cast and crew go ga-ga over her daring attitude. Aruna is qualified in stunts like Fire-Arms, Martial Arts, Cable, Bikes & Cars, Scuba diving, sky riding and gymnastics. Not only adventure sports, Aruna has got her feminine side intact too with dancing skills like belly dancing, dancing with snakes, Flamenco.

We hope to see Aruna in more films in bollywood as she expressed the fact that she loved working with Kumar Taurani and shared a great rapport with Vivek Oberoi.

  6. The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
