Appointment of Madras High Court Judges

New Delhi. In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (i) Shri Justice Krishnaswami Chandru, (ii) Shri Justice V.Ramasubramanian, (iii) Shri Justice S.Mani Kumar, (iv) Shri Justice A.Selvam, (v) Shri Justice P.R.Shivakumar, (vi) Shri Justice G.Rajasuria, (vii) Shri Justice Thiruneelakantam Sudanthiram, (viii) Shri Justice Saminathan Nagamuthu, (ix) Shri Justice Shunmugavel Palanivelu, (x) Shri Justice K.K.Sasidharan, (xi) Shri Justice M.Venugopal, (xii) Shri Justice V.Periya Karuppiah, (xiii) Shri Justice R.Subbiah and (xiv) Shri Justice Meenakshi Sundaram Sathyanarayanan, Additional Judges of the Madras High Court, to be Judges of that High Court, in that order of seniority, with effect from the dates they assume charge of their respective offices.
