The petition filed in Ajmer Civil Court claiming that there is Sankat Mochan Mahadev temple in Ajmer’s Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti’s dargah has been considered by the court to be worth hearing. This petition was filed by Hindu Sena’s national president Vishnu Gupta.
On Wednesday, the court accepted the case of claim of Hindu Shiva temple in Ajmer’s Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishti’s dargah and ordered to issue notice to the parties. Delhi resident Hindu Sena’s national president plaintiff Vishnu Gupta had presented the claim of Sankat Mochan Mahadev temple in Ajmer Dargah on the basis of various evidences.

Let us tell you, before this, a petition was presented before the Chief Judicial Magistrate on behalf of Hindu Sena. However, Judge Pritam Singh refused to hear it saying that it was outside his jurisdiction. After this, the petition was presented in the district court.
Let us tell you that the hearing in the case was also held yesterday i.e. on Tuesday. Today also the hearing took place in the court and the court, accepting the case, has decided to issue orders to issue notice to the Dargah Committee, Minority Affairs and Archaeological Survey of India Heritage. The suit was filed on behalf of the plaintiff Vishnu Gupta, citing the book written by Hardayal Sharda, in which he has claimed that there is a Shiva temple in the Ajmer Dargah. The next hearing in this case will be held on 20 December 2024.
