In jyoti murder case, panchkula police produced accused newly elected MLA of doon area Ram Kumar Chaudhary before the court of civil judge Kanwal Kumar after completion of four days police remand under tight security and the court extended the police remand for two days. The police officials pleaded the court that during remand chaudhary didn’t disclosed the exact cause of murder of jyoti and they wants to collect solid evidence of murder so that the remand should be extended. Meanwhile, accused Advocate AS Sukhija gave petition to the court stating that chaudhary has to take the oath for the membership of himachal vidhan sabha and he demanded the time from the court to take the oath by chaudhary. While accepting the petition the court fixed 20th January for the hearing on the petition.  Till now panchkula police arrested three accused Dharampal, Gurmeet Singh along with truck driver Tilakraj who were along with chaudhary on the day of jyoti’s murder. They are on police remand for five days and now the police will question them in the presence of chaudhary.  The police took the permission from the court to collect the samples of the hairs from accused dharampal and gurmeet singh as the police found bunch of hairs from the sweater of jyoti on the day of murder. The police is in doubt that the hairs of the accused might fell on the sweater during scuffle between the accused and deceased. The police already took the samples of the hairs from main accused chaudhary.  On the other during interrogation the accused dharampal and gurmeet singh told the police that on the day of murder they were carrying mobile phones and Dharampal hided his mobile phone number 9896046155 at almora in uttrakhand while gurmeet singh hided his mobile phone number 9816900155 in goa. During remand the accused MLA gave disclosed information regarding the murder of jyoti and the police will conduct the raids at various places to nab remaining two accused. It is pertinent to say that Chaudhary surrendered before the court on 8th January and the court sent him on six days police remand and after that the police produced him before the court on 14th January and the court extended his remand for four days and again the police produced him before the court on 18th January and the court extended his remand for two days.
