Mumbai – Bollywood action fans who missed Jaat in theaters won’t have to wait much longer. The Sunny Deol and Randeep Hooda starrer, which created buzz during its April 2025 theatrical run, is set to arrive on Netflix this June. The film, which blends intense action with rural justice, will be available for streaming from June 5, 2025, according to reports.

Directed by South Indian filmmaker Gopichand Malineni and backed by Maithri Movie Makers and People Media Factory, Jaat features a gripping performance by Sunny Deol as Baldev Pratap Singh, a fearless man who takes on a powerful criminal overlord. Randeep Hooda plays the menacing antagonist Ranatunga, with Regina Cassandra, Jagapathi Babu, and Ramya Krishnan in pivotal roles.

Netflix has secured exclusive streaming rights for Jaat, making it the go-to destination for fans eager to catch the film from the comfort of their homes. The action-packed thriller earned ₹88.26 crore at the Indian box office and crossed ₹118.36 crore globally, proving its commercial strength.

Plot Overview

Set in a terrorized village, the story follows Baldev Pratap Singh (Sunny Deol) who stands up against Ranatunga’s (Randeep Hooda) criminal empire. As Baldev confronts injustice, he turns into the protector of the oppressed, triggering a full-blown war with local goons. The ensemble cast includes Saiyami Kher, Zarina Wahab, Vineet Kumar Singh, and Makrand Deshpande, among others.
