China seems to be ahead in the race to prepare the sixth generation of fighter jets. During the 15th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition in Zhuhai, China’s Aviation Industry Corporation (AVIC) has introduced the world to a new jet. This may be a sixth generation fighter built for the People’s Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF). It is being called Baidi or White Emperor.

Speed ​​of 1,236 kilometers per hour

China’s state media said that this fighter plane is equipped with the capability of supersonic flight. That is, it can fly at the speed of sound (1,236 kilometers per hour). According to reports, it also has the ability to cross the Earth’s atmosphere and carry out space missions. This fighter plane can bomb targets on Earth from space.

Equipped with flexible mission capabilities and stealth technology

The White Emperor jet appears to have been equipped with extremely flexible mission capabilities. Its fuselage has been significantly modified and the missile compartment has been made larger. It is equipped with a state-of-the-art avionics system. At first glance, its sleek, aerodynamic shape reflects China’s obsession with stealth technology.

Its design has large internal compartments that hide deadly weapons from enemy eyes. According to reports, the first model for testing could be prepared by next year. The final version of this jet will be able to fly at Mach 6 or six times the speed of sound.
