JSW MG Motor India is planning to enter the accessible luxury segment with plans to introduce four new energy vehicles in the next two years. A senior company official said that a new retail chain ‘MG Select‘ is being set up for this. Accessible luxury includes high-quality products that are in between normal products and highly expensive products in terms of price.
The company plans to set up special experience centers in 12 cities of India in the first year. The official said that with MG Select, we will bring four new products in the next two years. He said that we will bring new platforms and products and these will be platforms of new energy vehicles (NEV). So it will have plug-in hybrid, hybrid and electric vehicles. He clarified that MG Select is not a completely EV series. ( PLC & GT )
