Varanasi :  The YouTuber Elvish Yadav seems to be in trouble once again. Earlier he was being questioned due to the Cobra scandal case and now another drama has started. A complaint has been filed against the Bigg Boss OTT winner in Varanasi.

Who filed the complaint

According to a report in the Times of India, he is allegedly accused of taking pictures inside the Kashi Vishwanath temple. Due to this, a police complaint has been filed against him. This complaint has been filed by Prateek Kumar Singh, Advocate of Varanasi Sessions Court.

What is the allegation on Elvish

In his letter, the lawyer claimed that Elvish Yadav took photographs in the restricted area of the Varanasi Kashi Vishwanath temple. Since then, questions have been raised about the alleged bias of the officials. The use of mobile phones and cameras is prohibited in the temple premises. Singh has now requested the police officials to take action against Elvish in this matter.

YouTuber seen avoiding questions

However, when he was leaving for the office, the press surrounded him and started asking questions. Elvish avoided the questions and said that the matter is in court and he does not want to talk about it. He said that he would know more about it only after talking to ED officials. Elvish said, “Whatever they had asked for, I have submitted it, now they will tell. I cannot repeat one thing again and again.”

In March this year, Elvish Yadav was arrested by the Noida Police in connection with the use of snake venom. The case was registered under criminal conspiracy under the provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 and Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
