Bhopal :The Finance Department of Madhya Pradesh Government has issued a Tughlaqi order. In which it has been said, officers and employees retiring from government service who have retired on 30th June and 31st December. They will be given the benefit of salary increase only on the orders of the High Court. In the meantime, every retired employee will have to appeal in the High Court and get an order. Only then will he get the benefit of salary increase.
Madhya Pradesh High Court had ordered to give salary increase to the government employees who retired on June 30 and December 31. This order from the High Court was given on the petition of those employees. Who had filed a petition in the High Court. Even after this order of the High Court, the Finance Department continues to say that the employees who have brought the order from the High Court. Only they will be given the benefit of salary increase.
Other employees will not get the benefit of salary increase. In a way, even after the decision of the High Court, this is a decision which will be harsh on the employees and increase the expenditure on the government. Employees who have retired. He will go to the High Court. The employee will file a petition.
The government will answer that. The case will continue for years in the High Court. Whereas the High Court’s decision has come in this matter. Due to which it will be called Tughlaqi Order of the Finance Department of Madhya Pradesh Government.
