बसपा में शुद्धिकरण की प्रक्रिया से घबराये विधायक ,मीडिया पर दबाव बनाने के लिए कानूनी दॉव पेंच शुरू !

बसपा में शुद्धिकरण की प्रक्रिया के तहत मुख्तार अंसारी की विदाई के बाद छवि को लेेकर बसपा के विधायक सर्तक हो गये है। अपनी छवि को बनाये रखने के लिये मीडिया पर दबाव बनाने के साथ-साथ कानूनी दॉव पेंच में उलझाने की प्रक्रिया को भी कारगर कदम के रूप में अपना रहे है। बीते दिनों फैजाबाद के विधायक जितेन्द्र सिंह बबलू द्वारा सभा में जुबान फिसल जाने की घटना को समाचार चैनलों द्वारा दिखाई जाने के बाद चैनलों को नोटिस दी गई है। गौरतलब है कि बबलू के वकील द्वारा भेजे गये पत्र की भाशा बड़ी रोचक है।

दिनांक 20.04.2010 को सोहावल तहसील जनपद फैजाबाद में बसपा के बैनर तले कुर्मी महासम्मेलन का आयोजन किया गया था। जिसके मुख्य अतिथि मेरे क्लाइन्ट श्री जितेन्द्र कुमार सिंह उर्फ बबलू सिंह थे। उक्त कार्यक्रम में अपने संबोधन भाषण में उन्होंने बसपा सरकार की उपलब्धियों को जनता के सम्मुख रखा गया। और भविष्य में आने वाली समस्याओं का निराकरण और मा0 मुख्यमन्त्री जी द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली तमाम योजनाओं के बारे में बताया था।

उक्त संबोधन में स्पष्ट रूप से यह कहा गया था कि ´´यदि क्षेत्र के अधिकारी जनता की समस्याओं का समाधान करने में दिलचस्पी नहीं लेते हैं तो इसकी शिकायत वह मा0 मुख्यमन्त्री जी से करते है और सम्बंधित अधिकारी के खिलाफ जॉंचोपरान्त कार्यवाही भी होती है।´´ उन्होंने मंच से यह भी कहा था कि ´´कभी भी गलती से कानून अपने हाथ में मत लीजिएगा नहीं तो आदरणीय बहन कु0 मायावती जी कभी किसी को माफ नहीं करेंगी, चाहे फिर वह कोई भी हो, उसके खिलाफ भी मा0 मुख्यमन्त्री जी कड़ी कार्यवाई करेंगी।´´

यह बात सभी को पता है कि चूंंकि हर जगह प्लेसमेंट एजेन्सी द्वारा शिक्षित एवं नौजवान बेरोजगारों को प्राईवेट कम्पनियों आदि में नौकरी दिलाने के लिए पैसे लिए जाते हैं। जनपद फैजाबाद में मेरे क्लाइन्ट द्वारा ऐसी व्यवस्था करवाई गई है जिसमें बेरोजगार सीधे तौर से कम्पनी से सम्पर्क करके अपना आवेदन दे सकता है, जिससे वे ठगे ना जा सके। मेरे क्लाइन्ट के प्रयास से क्षेत्र के तमाम बेरोजगार प्राईवेट कम्पनी में नौकरी करके अपना जीवन यापन कर रहे हैं, यह कहॉं का अपराध हैर्षोर्षो

आपके संज्ञान में लाना है कि मेरे क्लाइन्ट द्वारा अपनी बसपा पार्टी अथवा किसी भी पदाधिकारी अथवा मन्त्री जी के खिलाफ एक शब्द भी नहीं बोला गया है। बसपा ही एकमात्र अनुशासित पार्टी है, उसके प्रत्येक सदस्य एवं कार्यकर्ता को ज्ञान है कि संयमित एवं सभ्य भाषा का ही इस्तेमाल करना है। जिसकी पुष्टि भाषण की मूल सी0डी0 से की जा सकती है, जो कि मेरे पास उपलब्ध है।

चूंंकि उक्त कार्यक्रम में इलेक्ट्रानिक मीडिया के स्थानीय चैनल क्रमश: सिटी चैनल, साकेत न्यूज, जी वन एवं जन सन्देश मौजूद थे। ई-टी0वी0 उ0प्र0 चैनल का कोई भी पत्रकार अथवा कैमरामैन कार्यक्रम कवर करने हेतु नहीं आया था। ई-टी0वी0 उ0प्र0 के चैनल ने स्थानीय चैनलों द्वारा की गई कवरेज की सी0डी0 प्राप्त करके कम्प्यूटर सिस्टम द्वारा मूल सी0डी0 से छेड़छाड़ करते हुए वास्तविकता हटाकर उसे दूसरा रूप दे दिया। ध्यान देने योग्य बात यह है कि मेरे क्लाइन्ट की ई-टी0वी0 पर जो भी बातें सुनवाई जा रही हैं वह कटी हुई तथा टुकड़ों में उपलब्ध है। जो कि आपराधिक कृत है। पूरी बात सुनने पर असली मतलब स्वत: सामने आ जाता है।
