Gianni Versace S.p.a. and Unity Group are proud to announce a new partnership: the development of an iconic residential tower being developed within the 40-acre luxury residential project – ‘The Amaryllis’ in Central Delhi. The Amaryllis, is a residential project from the Unity Group with an investment of more than INR 3,000 crore offering a complete, comfortable and luxury living, amidst serene surrounds.
The Versace branded luxury towers will be the tallest approved building of Delhi, @ 182 Meters and G+46 storeys. The twin towers would have interiors designed by Versace Home.These branded luxury apartments will offer a range of unique amenities that embrace everything Versace stands for – superior quality, contemporary design and innovation – through a combination of ultra-modern facilities with unmatched style. Developed under the artistic direction of Donatella Versace, the apartments will feature bespoke interiors created with the highest standard of Italian craftsmanship and a modern look that is unmistakably Versace.
Versace will be responsible for the design concept of the exclusive apartments as well as the design, mood and feel of the common areas and amenities such as the lobby, the sky garden, lounge bar and swimming pool rooftop. Every detail of the residential environment will be truly Versace where comfort, luxury, exclusivity will become the everyday essence of fine living.
Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Harsh Vardhan Bansal, Director of Unity Group said, “The demand for Luxury Residential is increasing at a very fast pace in India.
