The Lake Conservation and Management Authority, which is responsible for cleaning various water sources including Dal Lake, has deployed workers and machinery for the cleaning process. The authority is cleaning the lake with the help of both machinery and manual labor and is engaged in its beautification for the guests.
Authority’s Vice Chairman Bashir Ahmad Bhat said, “The main event is going to be held near Dal Lake and hence the work of beautification and making it attractive is being done in full swing. Bhat said that the authority is taking help of modern machinery, technology along with labor for beautification and work is being done in two shifts.
