Sanjay Singh bail conditions : Cannot leave Delhi-NCR, Will not speak on liquor scam & More

New Delhi : The AAP MP Sanjay Singh is admitted to the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS) hospital for treatment of liver related disease. Liver biopsy has been done in the hospital. The bail order from the Supreme Court has reached Rouse Avenue Court. The court decided the bail conditions after the hearing. Rouse Avenue Court asks AAP MP Sanjay Singh to surrender his passport. The court said that Sanjay Singh will not tamper with the evidence. He will not leave Delhi-NCR and cannot make any statement or comment on the liquor scam case.

AAP MP Sanjay Singh’s lawyer urged the court not to impose conditions for prior permission before leaving Delhi-NCR. He said that he is a political leader and it is election time. The court said he will submit his itinerary before leaving Delhi-NCR. On the other hand, AAP MP Sanjay Singh’s mother and son reached ILBS Hospital to meet him.

On the other hand, ANI quoted Tihar Jail sources as saying that Tihar Jail authorities have not yet received the bail order of AAP MP Sanjay Singh. An order will be prepared in the court with the bail conditions, after which the order will be sent to the jail. Anita Singh, wife of AAP MP Sanjay Singh, said, ‘Yesterday we admitted Sanjay Singh to the hospital for a routine checkup where we came to know that he has got bail.

Today he will be discharged at around 12 o’clock, after which he will go to Tihar. They will be released from there, after which we will go to the temple and thank God. There will be no celebration in our house until my three brothers (Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, Satyendar Jain) come out.

After hearing the news of bail from the Supreme Court, Sanjay Singh’s supporters reached his official residence with drums. Here he wished Sanjay Singh’s wife Anita Singh. The wife said that this struggle is long and will continue like this in future also. The struggle will continue until Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and former Health Minister Satyendra Jain come out of jail. We are not celebrating Sanjay Singh’s coming out. We thank the court for the bail.
