Commenting on the same, Dr. Ajai Chowdhry said, “It is time for us to collectively respond to the COVID-19 pandemic in our best capacity. Governments, private entities, and philanthropic organizations must come together to act swiftly to ensure food and medical aid is made available to those who need it the most. Delhi is my city and I’m proud to be of some help in this moment of crisis. I will continue to support the ongoing efforts to fight this epidemic in any way I can”.
Dr. Chowdhry is one of the Founders of HCL. He was nominated by the President of India to be the Chairman of IIT, Hyderabad and then IIT, Patna. In 2011, He was conferred the Padma Bhushan Award for his landmark contributions to the Indian IT industry. Dr. Chowdhry is also the Founder of Swayam Charitable Trust and a Trustee of SaveLIFE Foundation.
