Jyoti murder case—Congress MLA again filed application to get class B facility in jail

The MLA who is lodged in ambal jail for the murder of jyoti demanded the facility of B class for the second time from the court. The court has fixed 2nd feburary for the hearing on the application of accused Ram Kumar Chaudhary. Advocate AK Sukhija on behalf of Ram Kumar filed application seeking B clss facilities in the jail. In the application advocate stated that chaudhary is regular income tax payer and he also enclosed the copy of the orders of Supreme Court for the support.  Earlier, Jail superintendent of ambala jail refused to give the B class facilities to the accused MLA. Ambala jail superintendent Rattan Singh in his letter to panchkula told that according to jail manual they do not provide B class facilities to those accused who are lodged in jail in fraud cases. In jyoti murder case Ram kumar chaudhary is accused of murder along with charges of fraud. Chaudhary gained sim card from babblu communications on fake documents as he gave identity of kullu resident Suresh Kumar to gain sim card. Meanwhile there is no relation between chaudhary and suresh kumar. The police also arrested the manager of babblu communication for issuing sim card to chaudhary on fake documents. The court has sent the notice to the jail authorities to file their reply otill 2nd feburary. MLA is sleeping on cemented bed in the barrack and he is living with other criminals. He will not get separate barrack and will not get any other facility. He is taking food in line with other criminals. It is pertinent to say that Chaudhary surrendered before the court on 8th January and the court sent him on six days police remand and after that the police produced him before the court on 14th January and the court extended his remand for four days and again the police produced him before the court on 18th January and the court extended his remand for two days and after that he was sent to judicial custody.  On 22nd november, somebody informed police control room that the dead body of girl is lying on the deserted road in sector-21. The police rushed to the spot and found her identity card from her purse and contacted jyoti’s parents at village-bugga in hoshiarpur. The police found that the face of the girl was smashed by the tyres of some vehicle.
