International models to present IIAFT students creations at Lavanya 2014

 Institute of Interior & Fashion Technology – IIAFT -Mohali and CHD CITI Centre, Zirakpur will present ‘LAVANYA  2014’ the Institute’s Annual Fashion Show in The Altius Boutique hotel , Chandigarh on May 23 at 7.30 PM. This was announced at a Media Conference in Chandigarh by the students of MBA, BSC/ BBA in Fashion Designing, Interior designing who have designed awesome collections for “LAVANYA-2014”. Their designs and creativity will be showcased by top National and International level models, These models too participated in the Press Conference.

Mr. Kawaljeet Singh, Chairman IIAFT-Mohali said, “The students were given a choice of themes. The elegant and beautiful collections meet the latest trend. A total number of 60 dresses are going to be displayed by International models and fashion week models like Katrina, Ruby, Sasha, Alexandra, Aastha, Yoshiki and many more.” The USP of the event is that DJ Rafcy, who is a celebrity music provider and has done music for Saif Ali Khan-Kareena wedding reception and parties of celebrities like Shilpa Shetty  & Shah Rukh Khan, will be doing the music score for the event.
Adds Mr. Kawaljeet Singh, “The Institute is providing best facilities to students with industry oriented programmes and training. The students get placement with all top most fashion export houses of the country with the help of a well qualified Principal & experienced faculty members.”
