According to Bloomberg data, IndiGo was set to become the world’s sixth largest airline in December 2023, overtaking United Airlines.

Shares of low-cost budget airline IndiGo opened at Rs 3689.95 on the BSE on Wednesday and hit a 52-week high of Rs 3,815.10. At the close of trading, Indigo shares closed at Rs 3,806.85 with a gain of 4.82 percent.

Apart from today’s rise, IndiGo shares have gained nearly 22 per cent in the last one month, taking the airline’s m-cap to Rs 1,46,936.30 crore, or about $17.7 billion (as of April 10), according to BSE data. Went.
