CII, Department of International Trade Promotion, Thailand, to host ‘Thailand Week 2017’

Confederation of Indian Industry is bringing flavors of Thai culture and lifestyle to City Beautiful for the fifth year in a row from Wednesday, March 29, 2017, with the five-day ‘Thailand Week 2017’ to be organised at Himachal Bhawan, Sector 28 B, Chandigarh.
Chief guest Ms Kavita Singh, Secretary-Industries, Chandigarh Administration & MD, CITCO, Chandigarh, will inaugurate the fair with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp and a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Ms Tapasya Raghav, Director-cum-GM-Industries, Chandigarh Administration, will be the Guest of Honour on the occasion.

CII, in association with the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Government of Thailand, is organising the five-day ‘Thailand Week 2017’ from 29 March to 2 April.

The show, which will be open for visitors between 10 am and 8 pm, will witness 30 Thai companies exhibiting their products at as many stalls. There will also be a special stall of Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP).

A variety of fine garments, health products, lifestyle, travel packages, home décor, handicraft, decoration items, antique pieces, footwear, beauty products, artificial flowers, silver and stone jewelry, health & beauty care products, wellness and spa products, fashion accessories, food and beverages, handbags, home décor and household products will be on display at ‘Thailand Week 2017’.
